- Practitioner Data: Name, First Name, Email, password...
- Patient Data: It is strictly forbidden to enter directly identifying data (Name, First name, Social Security).
- Technical Data: Connection logs, IP.
3. Use of data by Artificial Intelligence
UpKine uses the Google Gemini Pro API. Google is statutorily committed not to use data submitted via their Enterprise API to retrain their public models.
4. Subprocessors (Hosting)
- OVHcloud (France): Application hosting.
- Supabase / AWS (Europe): Database and Authentication.
- Stripe: Secure payment processing.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)

UpKine exclusively uses "essential" cookies to maintain your login session. No advertising trackers are used.
